Absolutely wonderful people to work with. The whole process was easy and flawless. Casey was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable about the machines. The machine was washed before it was delivered and looked amazing. Genuinely impressed at the speed of the techs working on my bike. I have had experiences with dealerships in the past where they told me one day turnaround and that quickly melded into 3-5 business day turnaround. Westsides service department is top notch, they replaced a screen and handlebar switches for me in the time frame they promised and were super communicative on top of it.
