Never seen a bike shop owner/ mechanic more compassionate of bikes. 5☆ service & 5☆ customer service. Simply enter the small shop, hand over your bike (in my case: a tune up), leave your name & number, and walk out after receiving an estimated turnaround time. Simple. You'll get a call if your bike needs something more (for safety reasons). I had a bad experience with this business and will not likely be going back. This is a "one-man" show business. If you need a quick turn around time, don't take your bike repair to this establishment. I am all about supporting local business and rooting for the under-dog, which is the vibe I got from this business originally. As long as I am in Spokane, this is the only shop I'll be taking my bikes to. Regular bikes, E Bikes, they handle it all. Nigel is the literal best. Affordable and timely. You wont find someone who cares about their customers more than Nigel.

Nigel gave me some excellent advice. I purchased a mountain bike that needed a good tune up I dropped it off at his shop. Couple days later I picked up the bike and its the SMOOTHEST riding bike ive ever ridden. I highly recommend simple machine bicycle shop. A+ EDIT 1 yr later bike is still great and when it coasts it really cruises! 3000 miles away now in Alaska thanks Nigel
