Was working with Dan to sell our vehicle and he said he would take care of us. Said he would match an offer from another dealership but he wanted to get us more so had us put it on consignment and said he would keep the original deal in place. Dan sadly passed away a couple of weeks ago. We went in to let them know that we are ready to just sell it to them. Terrible experience. They deleted my review because they don’t want people to know. I drove 9 hours to buy a vehicle and spoke with salesman and management before committing to the drive. They hid and lied about the truck having a terrible oil leak, death wobble, hard pull to the right while driving, almost no brakes, transmission or dash was swapped, the list goes on. I 100% do not recommend this dealership. They are a scam and a joke.

There are alot of bad dealerships in spokane but this one has to be the worst. They will ignore you, lie to you, hide problems with the vehicle, not fix problems that they promised to fix, and will just all around be awful to you after buying an expensive vehicle from them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
